   • All prices listed in the catalogue are „Suggested Retail Prices" in American Dollars.

   • CREDIT CARD NUMBER (YOU CAN CALL US OR FAX)
   • CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE (AS ABOVE)
   • NAME AS IT APPEARS ON THE CARD
   • DELIVERY DETAILS (SURFACE, AIR MAIL, UPS/DHL,CARGO,others-please specify !)
   
   
2. PAYMENT DETAILS

   • All orders must be paid by credit card only. Sorry, we do not accept checks, International Money Orders, Postal Money Orders.
